01 / Shoreline and property work under permission
Step 1 · Where it starts
A job request captures the property, the exact location on it, photographs, and whether anything has already been approved or refused for that address.
Step 2 · What gets automated
Permits, approvals and correspondence are read and filed against the property rather than the customer, and conditions attached to an approval are pulled out as a checklist rather than left in a PDF.
Step 3 · The process it plugs into
Each property carries its own history — what was built, what was refused, when the last inspection happened — so the next job on it starts from what is already known.
Step 4 · SolaceSentry review
Nothing is scheduled until a person confirms the approval on file covers the work described. The system flags a gap; it does not decide the job is fine.
Step 5 · What leaves the system
A job file that satisfies an owner and an authority from the same record, and before-and-after evidence that does not have to be reassembled from a phone.
Proof metric: Jobs stopped or reworked over a permission problem, and days from completion to a signed-off record.
