How do you handle applicator licensing?

As a first-class record, not a spreadsheet tab. Cards go in as photographs, categories and expiries are read off them, and renewals get chased months ahead rather than the week they lapse. Before anyone is scheduled, the system checks currency and stops the assignment if it is short. A manager clears it, never the software.

Our applicators are not going to fill in forms in a field.

Not inside the district itself — student systems are the district's own business. Who can see grower information?

Only who you say, with a log of who opened what.
