What happens to twenty years of customer and field records if we part ways?

They come with you. Customer accounts, machine histories, service records and anything else you put in export in a standard format on request, and the accounts are registered to your business rather than to us. Around here a service business is often sold to a family member or a neighbour eventually, and a clean handover has to be possible without a negotiation.

The wind contractors buy from us but paying us takes months. Anything to be done?
