Pittsboro, IN · Hendricks County
AI Development Pittsboro IN for Farms, Builders and Trades
A town platted in 1834 that has more than doubled since 2000 — which means the farm records and the subdivision paperwork now land on the same desks.
Simon Hadley and William Matlock laid Pittsboro out in December 1834 and named it after Hadley's home town in North Carolina. It incorporated in 1906 and got sidewalks, street lights and running water out of the deal. For most of the century after that it was a crossroads on US 136 with farm ground on every side, a school on North Meridian Street at the middle of it, and an elevator out at County Road 500 North taking the corn.
Then the count went from 1,588 people in 2000 to 2,928 in 2010 to 3,682 in 2020. That is more than double in twenty years, in a town small enough that everyone noticed. The farm ground did not go anywhere — north-west Hendricks County is still worked — but the town on top of it now needs plumbers, excavators, framers, a dentist and somebody to mow. North West Hendricks School Corporation runs the primary and elementary here and sends the older kids to Tri-West Hendricks High School.
The north edge of the township changed too, and harder. There is an engineered-bar steel mill out on County Road 225 East with an industrial gas plant registered at the same address, an aggregates operation at the I-74 interchange, a small business park off Commerce Way, and two truck stops on Jeff Gordon Boulevard — a road named, as most things here eventually are, for the driver who grew up in town.
So a business in Pittsboro is often serving several of those at once. The same excavating outfit does field tile in April and basements in July. The same accountant does a farm return, a builder's books and a shift worker's. The paperwork does not look alike, and neither do the calendars.
How We Build It
Your business does not have to change to fit our software. We build the software to fit your business.
We do not hand you another piece of software and expect you to figure out how to use it.
- 01We learn how your business actually works — a real week, not the version on paper.
- 02We find where the most is being lost — usually one specific handoff.
- 03We build the smallest thing that fixes it — one workflow, fixed price, a result you can see.
- 04We add to it as you grow — each piece connects to the last.
A person on your team can always review anything important before it goes out. We are a Indiana-based team and we work under an NDA whenever you want one.
