01 / Harvest intake, grade and storage
Step 1 · Where it starts
A grower-facing page showing loads delivered, the grade and moisture recorded on each, what is priced and what remains in storage.
Step 2 · What gets automated
Scale tickets and grade sheets photographed at the pit are read for weight, moisture, test weight and ticket number, and matched to the grower and the contract they belong to.
Step 3 · The process it plugs into
Discounts and drying charges are applied from published schedules rather than worked out later, so the position on a load is known the day it arrives rather than at settlement.
Step 4 · SolaceSentry review
Every settlement statement is approved by a person before a grower sees it, and any ticket the system could not match with confidence is resolved by hand and marked as such.
Step 5 · What leaves the system
A daily position each grower can see, and settlements that agree with the tickets without a winter of reconciliation.
Proof metric: Tickets matched without manual intervention, and settlement disputes raised per season.
